Order Policy

Drawing Technique: All Portrait Drawings and/or Card Designs will be digitally hand-drawn. No traditional sketching and coloring involved.

Turn Around Time: It will take seven to 10 business days to finish each order, either for the Portrait Drawing or Card Design.

Finished Artworks: For each Portrait Drawing and/or Card Design order, you will receive two different resolution files in JPG format: one high resolution file for print usage and one medium resolution file for web usage. The high resolution file can be used to make nice quality printouts as big as 8" X 10" of the Portrait Drawing and 7.75" X 5.25" of the Card Design. For your MySpace® Page Design, you will receive 1242 X 930 pixels JPG image and its embeded code.

Delivery Method: We will send you the finished Portrait Drawing and/or Card Design as attachment(s) to the e-mail address you have provided us. Note: It is very important to provide us your valid e-mail address at the time you are filling out the order form. You can also request a CD-ROM of your Portrait Drawing and/or Card Design mailed to you with NO extra charge.

Customizing and Revision: We accept any further customizing or revision requests with extra charge. Fee will be based on how elaborate the revision will be.

Refund: There will be no refund for orders that have been e-mailed or sent out to the customer.

Copyright: Each Portrait Drawing and Card Design we create is royalty-free artwork. The customer who purchases it can reuse the Portrait Drawing and/or the Card Design for other purposes with no additional charges. Note: Creativity credit must be given to VisuallyDelicious.com.

Payment: After a service fee is agreed upon, we will provide you with a designated PayPal® payment page. You can pay with your PayPal® account or with your credit card. All payment transactions will be securely processed using security cryptographic application (128-bits SSL: Secure Socket Layer protocol) by PayPal®. We will proceed with the service after payment is received in full.

Privacy Policy: All information and photo(s) you provide us will be safe and secure, and will never be sold to any third parties. Note: Your information and photo(s) will be deleted from our database after the completion of your order.

Other: We reserve the right to refuse requests that promote violence, hatred, offensive words and pictures.
